Founded in 2018, Environmental Sitekeeper was the product of a realization of the many environmental needs throughout the Carolinas. Our multidisciplinary team can provide a broad spectrum of services to meet most environmental needs. We employ subject matter experts in engineering, permitting, SWPPP management, BMP construction and removal, agriculture, forestry and silviculture.
Our team is strategically placed throughout the Carolinas to afford us the ability to respond timely and efficiently to any need you may have. Planning, review, installation, inspections, maintenance and removals are all carried out “in-house” with direct management and oversight from ESK’s key leadership.

Billy Cipriani, RF
Founder-President
Billy has gained a vast amount of experience since entering the natural resources arena in 2000. As a registered forester in North Carolina he has worked on a multi-disciplinary team on wetland mitigation/restoration projects, implementation and oversight on environmental monitoring, testing and related data management, managed 40,000 acre land base in North and South Carolina, oversight in harvesting, forestation, BMP installation and compliance. Billy is also a combat veteran who was forward deployed to Iraq in 2003. There he served as an explosives and demolitions team leader.
Will Russell
Founder-Vice President
Will has over 20 years experience in the field of agriculture. With a formal degree in Horticulture Science from NCSU he has performed and oversaw site restoration projects, BMP installation, managed a 1200-acre farm and vineyard, managed the construction oversight and permitting process of a full-scale winery, managed and permitted the development of waterfowl impoundments, managed and oversight in the planting and cultivation of wetland preserves.
